INSTRUMENT CURRENCY

OUR INSTRUMENT CURRENCY PROGRAM

At Azure Aviation Academy, our Instrument Currency program is designed for instrument-rated pilots who need to complete the required approaches, holding, and tracking tasks to remain current under IFR—without the need for a full Instrument Proficiency Check (IPC).

Training is conducted with an experienced instructor using our FAA-approved flight simulator and is tailored to your recent IFR activity and operational needs. Sessions focus on efficiently meeting 14 CFR §61.57(c) requirements while reinforcing safe, practical IFR procedures in a controlled environment.

Whether you’re approaching a currency deadline or staying ahead of it, our Instrument Currency program provides a convenient, professional path to maintaining IFR privileges with confidence.

Our Flight Review is structured to ensure pilots meet regulatory requirements while reinforcing the skills, judgment, and decision-making needed for safe, confident operations. Each review is tailored to your experience, aircraft, and typical mission profile, focusing on practical, real-world flying.
